This policy explains what personal data Sworen receives — through this website, the licence server and our support — and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
1. Your store’s data is not ours
Sworen runs on your server. Your products, orders and customers’ details stay in your database and are never sent to us. For your customers’ data, you are the data controller; we never see it.
2. This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Icons are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
3. Licence checks
An installed store contacts our licence server about once a day. It sends the licence key, the store’s domain, a random install identifier and the Sworen version, and the server sees the IP address. We use this only to confirm licences, detect misuse and support you, and keep it for as long as the licence exists plus 12 months.
4. When you contact us or buy a licence
We receive your name, email address and what you write to us, and, when you buy, the billing details needed for the invoice. We use them to answer you, deliver your licence and meet our accounting obligations, and keep them for as long as the law requires.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run our services (hosting, email, payment) and only as far as they need, or when the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to hello@sworen.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNDP or your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are announced to licence holders by email.
