Sworen comes with a free 14-day trial on your own server, so you can test every feature before you pay. This policy covers what happens after you buy.
1. Try before you buy
The trial includes every feature and starts when you install Sworen on your domain. Please use it to check that Sworen runs on your server and fits your store before buying a licence.
2. When we refund
If Sworen cannot run on your server and our support cannot fix it, we refund the licence in full when you ask within 14 days of purchase.
If you bought a licence by mistake, for example twice for the same domain, we refund the duplicate.
3. When we do not refund
Once a licence has been used on a live store, or after 14 days from purchase, it is not refunded. A licence that ends because its terms were broken is not refunded.
4. How to ask
Write to hello@sworen.com from the email used for the purchase, with the licence key and the reason. We answer within two business days, and a refund is paid back the way you paid, within 14 days.
